The Claimsnet.com registration process creates a personalized and secure area for health care transaction processing. Information entered during the one-time registration process builds the necessary profile to process your claims, statements, eligibility, and referral requests.

The following information about your practice will be needed to complete the registration. Please have this information on-hand prior to initiating registration.
  • Practice or Company Name and Address
  • All Pertinent Physician ID Numbers (ex. physician ID for TX Medicare, or any ID required by the payer assigned to the physician)
  • Tax ID Numbers
  • Phone Number
  • Contact Person Name and e-mail address
  • Practice Management Software Name and Version
